Asian Mentorship Program (AMP) is an exclusive Asian organization that fosters relationships of select young professionals with successful industry leaders and peers. Our goal is to instill courage and empower the new face of Asian and Asian Americans by learning from our shared heritage to achieve our dreams.

Goals

AMP tackles issues that arise in the work environment specific to Asians, providing our exclusive members the skill sets to empower personal and professional growth. This will be accomplished through dual mentor-mentee and peer-to-peer relationships.

The AMP professional network provides access to industry leaders across disciplines, willing to share their frameworks for success, and afford mentees an insider’s look at their career path or other opportunities that may match their interests, abilities, and preferences.
